My law practice is devoted to Trusts and Estates, Elder Law, and Real Estate. I am certified as an Accredited Estate Planning Attorney. I advise clients on how to protect assets, minimize estate taxes, avoid probate, plan for a disabled child, transfer assets, plan and protect against a Guardianship proceeding, and general retirement planning. I counsel clients on issues involving Long Term Care options, including nursing homes and home care, hospitals issues, Long Term Care Insurance, Social Security, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid planning and Medicaid applications, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Wills, Living Wills, Will probates, Health Care Proxies, and Guardianships.
