Shelly K. All, a partner with the firm, began practicing law in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in the areas of real estate and probate. She began with the Dennis J. Christensen Law Firm in 2006 and mainly practices in the areas of Elder Law, Estate and Trust Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Estate Planning.

Shelly received her BS degree from the University of South Carolina and her JD from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar and American Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and serves on the Board of the South Carolina Chapter. She is married and has one child.
