Mock Law, L.P.A.

I have built a divorce, family law and elder law firm in Toledo that allows me to combine the areas I

am most passionate about: the law and social work. Both of these professional arenas allow me to devote my time and energy to helping people in Ohio protect their interests and navigate the changing landscape of their lives.

I spent 10 years working as a prosecutor earlier in my career. This experience is important, as I am fully prepared to explore all options for protecting your rights. I work well with opposing counsel to negotiate outcomes that work for all parties, but I will not hesitate to litigate your case before a judge if it is the best way to obtain the outcome you deserve.

Representation Focused On Your Needs

My background as a social worker has led me to believe it is important to truly understand the circumstances my clients are going through and gain a sense of the person in their environment. I often meet with clients in their homes and nursing homes. Whether you are facing a difficult family law matter or need assistance with critical elder law decisions, you can rely on me to devise a strategy that is tailored to your specific needs.

Firm Description

Throughout Northwest Ohio, my firm represents clients in legal practice areas that include:

  • Family law — For any family law issue, I deliver strong advocacy tailored to the needs of you and your loved ones.
  • Elder law — My firm assists clients with elder law matters including medical benefits and end-of-life planning. As a certified attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs, I ensure veterans and their families in Ohio have the guidance they need to secure the benefits they deserve.
  • Divorce — If your marriage is ending, I can protect your rights in a divorce or separationproceeding.
  • Child custody — Disputes over child custody and support are often the most contentious parts of a breakup. My firm helps parents find resolutions that enable their children to grow up in a safe, supportive environment.
  • Estate planning — No matter how large or complex your estate is, I deliver effective estate planning advice that allows you to distribute your property as you wish.

I understand the impact that strong representation can have on the lives of my clients and their families. You can be sure that I will handle your matter with the highest levels of professionalism and care.
