Robert, a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, acquired his Bachelors of Business Administration in Trust Management with a minor in Financial Planning from Campbell University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University School of Law.  He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and is an accredited attorney with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.  Robert’s practice focuses on helping senior citizens and their loved ones in areas such as elder law, estate planning and administration, wills & trusts, business planning, consumer law, and mediation.

Robert is a member of the West Virginia State Bar’s Elder Law Committee.
