Robert is an Attorney-at-Law specializing in Tax, Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate in Temecula, California. He has been practicing law since he was admitted to the California State bar in 1981 and has helped thousands of famlies with their estate plans. Robert was also an Adjunct Professor at National University where he taught Graduate Tax Courses.

He is certified by the California State Bar as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Wealth Counsel, and Elder Counsel. He is also a co-author of the book, "More Than Money."

He and his wife, Dianne, founded “Galliano Group Wealth Management” in response to the need to have financial services in line with the estate plans they had created for their clients. Since 1986, they have been helping their clients work toward financial security with their personalized approach to wealth planning, accumulation and preservation.

Their goal is to help maintain the standard of living their clients have become accustomed to and to preserve their wealth for their children and grandchildren. Making the Galliano Group team of legal and financial professionals the "Advisors for Life" for their clients.

Robert has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cal State University Los Angeles, a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Law and a Juris Doctor from California Southern Law School. Robert is also an accredited advisor with the Veterans Administration. He has helped hundreds qualify for Medicaid. He has been a strong supporter of the Special Olympics since 1996, and also supports Paralyzed Veterans and the American Cancer Society. 

Robert's hobbies include teaching scuba diving, sky diving, adventure travel, and running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.
