In 2007, after years of working in New York City in the banking industry and then for a variety of large law firms, I opened my own Elder Law Firm to serve the needs of seniors, incapacitated individuals and their loved ones in the Blauvelt area of Rockland County, NY and then the Mechanicsburg area of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. I am available to visit clients in their homes across PA and NY, when necessary, for their convenience. My practice focuses on Elder Law including Probate, Trusts, Wills and Estates and Guardianships.  In addition to being a lawyer, I am also a Nationally Certified  Guardian and have an MBA in Finance.

Firm Description

Elder Law is a relatively newer area of the law which focuses on serving the needs of elderly adults (senior citizens) and persons with disabilities. It is a multidisciplinary legal area including the planning for incapacity, long term care and other needs of older persons. Michael C.
