He also undertakes representation of clients in Contract Disputes, Commercial litigation, Construction law, Business Transactions and Real Estate transactions.
Mr. Giannasca founded the Elder Law and Estates practice of Giannasca & Shook, PLLC and is a member of Elder Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a member of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section and Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Trusts & Estates Section and Elder Law Committees of the Westchester County Bar Association. As a civil engineer, Mr. Giannasca is also affiliated with various professional associations related to construction law and real estate and represents numerous clients in the construction and real estate industry.
Mr. Giannasca has been appointed as Guardian Ad Litem by the New York Surrogate Courts on various occasions. He is also admitted to practice law before the United States Districts Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He received his Juris Doctor Law degree, magna cum laude, from Pace University School of Law and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering, cum laude, from Manhattan College.
