Matt is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association Probate & Trust Committee, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Rhode Island National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Rhode Island Bar Association Elder Law Committee. Matt earned his B.A. degree in History, from Randolph-Macon College, in Ashland, Virginia and his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, in Bristol, Rhode Island. He is licensed to practice in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
