Mary Kathryn Brennan is an elder law attorney with Brennan & Rogers, PLLC. Mary Kathryn was named a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers in 2015 and 2016 and was 2014 Maine Justice Foundation New Lawyer of the Year award recipient. She is a board member of the Maine Justice Foundation, the Old York Historical Society, the Southern Maine Agency on Aging Caregiver Support Program Advisory Committee and the Professional Ethics Commission for the Maine State Bar.  Mary Kathryn is a member of NAELA. Firm Description

Our firm practice is limited to elder law, estate planning, life care planning and probate.  That means we assist clients with wills, trusts (both irrevocable and revocable trusts or living trusts), powers of attorney, geriatric  care management , Medicaid (5 year look back period) planning, Medicaid filing assistance and related matters.
