Lynn Ellis Lowe, Esq. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Florida at Pensacola, Florida where she was inducted into Psi Chi, a Psychology Honorary Society, and a Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law. Mrs. Lowe is co-founder of ELLIS&ELLIS, A Legal Professional Association, an Ohio professional corporation. She has practiced law in Ohio over 37 years. Mrs. Lowe's practice is limited to Medicaid and Nursing Home Planning, Probate, Disability Planning, Trust and Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and other Elder Law issues. Mrs. Lowe is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national collaborative of Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorneys, where she has access to frequent national conferences and seminars, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and is a member, by invitation, of the Ohio Forum of Estate Planners where she is a member of the Documents Committee. She is available to present programs and seminars for organizations interested in ElderLaw issues.
She recently presented a CLE program to the Ohio Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys on Medicaid Appeals. Mrs. Lowe, a former Small Claims Court Referee (Magistrate), is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and a former president of the Washington County Bar Association. Mrs. Richardson is licensed to practice law in Ohio; is licensed to practice before the U. S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and the U. S. Supreme Court.
