Firm Description

Moran Law Firm Overview

Our population is aging and there has never been a greater need for nursing home abuse lawyers, elder abuse lawyers, assisted living abuse lawyers and home health elder abuse lawyers to defend the health, safety and rights of seniors and their families. That is why Moran Law is here to help.

Senior citizens are vulnerable to not only negligence but a variety of common abuses, including scenarios that involve abuse that is physical, mental and financial. These abuses can be obvious and abrupt, or subtle and prolonged. Seniors in an assisted living facility, nursing care or with a caretaker are particularly vulnerable, as they may be separated from family and friends, or their condition could prevent them from effectively looking out for themselves.

Premier California Elder Abuse Lawyers

Moran Law is committed to fighting against nursing home abuse and nursing home malpractice, financial abuse of the elderly, personal injury, wrongful death and more. Everyday, our team of aggressive elderly abuse attorneys, medical consultants and paralegals is on the front lines of the battle to hold wrongdoers accountable and improve quality of life for the elderly. We specialize in cases of:

Nursing home abuse
