Linda Faith Marshak received her undergraduate degree from Hunter College, Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Marshak resides in Great Neck with her husband, who is a criminal attorney and adjunct professor at St. John's University School of Law. Prior to attending CUNY Law School, Ms. Marshak was director of marketing for a computer services company. After law school graduation, Ms. Marshak spent two years at a law firm practicing in the area of Elder Law. Ms. Marshak brings maturity, life experience, and the love and respect for Seniors to her work. In addition to the practice of law, Ms. Marshak's experience has included co-authorship of the first layperson's Guardianship Manual, written in conjunction with the Brookdale Center on Aging; she has represented clients at Medicaid Fair Hearings for the New York Legal Assistance Group; she has interned for the Hon. Joseph Lauria in Queens County Family Court and has provided pro bono services at the Senior Division of Nassau & Suffolk Counties Legal Services. Ms. Marshak has served with the North Shore Child and Family Guidance and Child Abuse Prevention Agencies. Ms. Marshak is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
