LIANE ZEITZ practices law at Pathway Law in Norwood and Belmont, concentrating in elder and disability law, including Medicaid, health care and estate planning, nursing home issues, guardianship, and probate law. She previously worked in the elder law units of the Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts, Worcester (LACCM) and Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS). Ms. Zeitz is a Board member of the Massachusettts chapter of NAELA (MassNAELA), and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Women's Bar Association (WBA), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and the Norfolk County Bar Association. She is certified as an elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, an organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in the area of elder law. Ms. Zeitz has served as co-chair of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education(MCLE) Annual Elder and Disability Law Conference and as counsel to the guardianship program of Jewish Family Services of Worcester, Inc. She has given frequent presentations on nursing home residents' rights, planning for incapacity, guardianship, and Medicaid issues to lawyers, social workers and lay people. Ms. Zeitz is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Boston University School of Law.
