Born in Zanesville, Kyle graduated from Zanesville High School in 2002. Kyle continued his education at The College of Wooster, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. At Wooster, Kyle was awarded with an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship, a grant given to the nation's top NCAA student-athletes who have excelled academically and athletically.

After graduating from Wooster, Kyle attended Capital University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in May 2010. At Capital, he was an Associate Editor with the Capital University Law Review. Kyle was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2010. He is a member of The Ohio State Bar Association and The Muskingum County Bar Association. His practice is focused on the many aspects of oil and gas development, estate and trust planning, and estate administration.

Kyle is a member of the Muskingum County Community Foundation Council, the Zanesville Rotary Club, and the Hills of Ohio Planned Giving Council. Kyle, his wife and daughter reside in Zanesville.
