Kimberly C. Harris is an attorney in private practice in LaGrange, with satellite offices in Columbus and Newnan. Ms. Harris has been in practice 24 years and focuses her practice in Elder Law and Special Needs Law, including government benefits counseling, Medicaid planning,estate planning and special needs planning for persons with disabilities and special needs litigation settlement.

She graduated from Emory University Law School and also obtained an MBA from Georgia State University. She is licensed in Georgia, Texas and D.C. and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the Federal Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Elder Counsel, the National Care Planning Council, the Acaedemy of Special Needs Planners, and is an accredited attorney with the Veterans Administration.
