Jeff Marshall, is the founder of Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC. He has achieved the designation "Counsel in Elder Law" from the National Elder Law Foundation. His principal area of practice is elder law including estate planning, long term care planning, life care planning and estate administration.

Attorney Marshall authored the first two editions of the award winning book, Elder Law in Pennsylvania, published PBI Press (www.pbi.org). He is the recipient of numerous awards and honors and has been named to the lists of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and US News Best Lawyers® in America for many years. In 2008 he received the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Excellence in Elder Law Award "in recognition and appreciation of his superior professional efforts in the field of elder law, significant contributions to the legal profession, and noteworthy service the the elderly."

In 2014 Mr. Marshall was named as "Lawyer of the Year" in the field of Elder Law for Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania by US News Best Lawyers®.

Attorney Marshall is a founder and Past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Elder Law Committee. A native of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, Attorney Marshall received his college degree in 1967 from Wesleyan University and his law degree from Stanford University Law School in 1972.
