JEFFREY B. LELAND is Vice President of the firm. A life-long resident of Northborough, Jeff graduated from Bates College in 1987. After taking a sabbatical of one year to teach high school students in Japan, he attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and received his J.D. in 1991. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 1991 and the U.S. Court of Appeals in 1992. His professional memberships include the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder-Law Attorneys and its Massachusetts chapter. In May of 2008, Jeff received an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law from the Colege of Law at Western New England College in Srpingfield MA. This program is one of only three in the country. Jeff is particularly qualified to serve the needs of senior citizens. He is the present Vice President, as well as a Past President and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Bay Path Home and Community Services, Inc., a home care company, and an Aging Services Access Point (ASAP). He was a longtime member of the Council on Aging in Northborough. Jeff also had the privilege of serving as an Corporator, Director and Trustee of the Westborough Bank. He presently serves as a Corporator and Trustee of Avidia Bank. In Northborough, Jeff also serves as Chairman of the Building Committee for the New Senior Center.
