Jason is committed to assisting and protecting the most vulnerable members of society. His substantial work with the elderly led Jason to expand the firm’s practice to handle Elder Law and Medicaid-Planning related issues such as: incapacity planning, Medicaid ICP (long term care) planning, special needs trusts and general estate planning.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami.

Community Involvement

Jason is on the Board of Directors for the North Dade Bar Association (former President, VP and Treasurer); North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce;  Ancient Spanish Monastery; B’Nai Brith Justice Unit of Broward; and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation – North Dade Branch. Jason is also a member of Leadership Broward Class XXXII (Aroo!); and the Florida Justice Association. Jason also sits on an 11th Judicial Circuit Bar Grievance Panel.

Jason was honored with a proclamation (“Jason Neufeld Day”) by the City of North Miami Beach in 2007 for his civic activism. Jason has raised money and volunteered his time with Broward Partnership for the Homeless, ARC Broward, Special Olympics, March of Dimes, and Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
