James E. Egbert has been practicing law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1986. Mr. Egbert is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York Bar.

Mr. Egbert has extensive experience working with both individuals and families with their estate planning needs. This area of practice includes, wills, trusts, living trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, living wills, guardianship, elder law, asset protection, Medicaid planning, and business succession planning.

As a business attorney, he has helped clients with business formation, real estate transactions, employment and contract issues, litigation and dissolution. He currently serves as counsel to over 12 Delaware Valley Corporations.

Mr. Egbert graduated from Saint John’s University School of Law in 1986 with his J.D.
