H. Lee Treadaway is a partner at Smith, Treadaway and Joffe. Lee heads the firm’s consumer bankruptcy practice. Lee also specializes in Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning, Elder Law and Medicaid Planning, Probate matters, adult guardianships and conservatorships. Lee has successfully represented numerous individuals throughout Northwest Georgia.Lee joined Smith, Treadaway and Joffe in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Lee was a partner with Fuller, McKay and Treadaway. Lee joined the bar and began practicing law in 2004. Prior to practicing law, Lee worked in manufacturing management and human resources.Lee received a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1991 and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 2004. Lee is a native of Rome and Floyd County. He and his wife, Kristy, have four children, James, born in 2008, Anna Kate, born in 2009, Luke, born in 2011 and Ava Elizabeth, born 2015.
