Mr. Gregory Gay was admitted to Florida Bar in 1973. Mr. Gay graduated from Florida State University Law School in 1973 with a Doctor of Law. Gregory G. Gay, Esquire is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and a Board Certified Wills, Trust and Estate Lawyer pursuant to the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mr. Gay is also a Certified Elder Law Attorney pursuant to the National Elder Law Foundation. Mr. Gay is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Mr. Gay's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University College of Business.
Mr. Gay is the Past President of the Tampa Bay Area Planned Giving Council and the Past President of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council.

Gregory Gay practices law in Florida’s Nature Coast focusing on the myriad of age-related elder law issues facing seniors and their loved ones today.
One of only a handful of double board certified attorneys in the state of Florida in Wills, Trusts and Estates and Elder Law, Attorney Gay is also nationally recognized as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is among the nation’s elite in the elder law field having been nominated and selected by his experienced peers to be a part of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney’s Council of Advanced Practitioners. To receive this designation he must continuously hold the highest AV rating under the Martindale-Hubbel Peer Review Ratings, the highest rating for ethical standards and professional ability of an attorney.
Attorney Gay dedicates much of his time to serving his community as a public speaker on issues facing Florida seniors and long-term care providers today in addition to his practice that spans the counties in Florida’s Nature Coast from Pinellas County to Levy County, Florida. He is a member and past president of each of the following community organizations: the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council, the Florida Lawyer Legal Insurance Corporation, the Tampa Bay Planned Giving Council, the West Pasco Bar Association and the New Port Richey Rotary Club, the latter where he is also a Paul Harris Fellow. He is a Director of the Florida Lawyer Legal Insurance Corporation. He has also served as the past president of the Pasco Hernando Community College Board of Trustees.
Attorney Gay currently serves as a Director of CARES that provides assistance to senior citizens. He also serves as a Director of Living Water Transformation, Inc., which provides schools and education to children in the South Sudan.
Attorney Gay is a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator focusing on elder law issues. He was the author of the St. Petersburg Times’ Legally Speaking column for over twelve years and was the host of the popular legal television show Senior Law Series. Attorney Gay is the author of The Florida Senior Legal Guide, now in its Ninth Edition and available for purchase in a nationwide release here and through Amazon.com.
