Dustin Beard practices extensively in the areas of Trusts and Estate, Probate, Special Needs Trusts, Nursing Home (Medicaid) Planning, Charitable Planning, Adoption Law, and Landlord-Tenant Disputes. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Beard is a Partner in the Trusts and Estates practice group at Goeing, Goeing, & McQuinn, PLLC.

In addition to Mr. Beard’s Trusts and Estates practice, he also assists families with adoptions and other family law related matters, based on his prior personal experience in the area, and assists in Landlord-Tenant disputes.
