Charlotte Johnson was raised in the Midwest. After leaving a career in secondary education, Ms. Johnson received her juris doctorate degree from Brigham Young University in 2006. For the past several years, Ms. Johnson has practiced elder law, long term care planning (ALTCS/Medicaid), special needs planning, and estate planning exclusively. She enjoys helping her clients problem solve the legal issues that face the aging and special needs populations.
Ms. Johnson's professional memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Arizona chapter of NAELA, Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and the Elder Law, Mental Health, and Special Needs Planning Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Ms. Johnson is currently on the Board for the Arizona Chapter of NAELA and Executive Committee for the Elder Law, Mental Health, and Special Needs Planning Section of the State Bar of Arizona. She has significant experience presenting and writing on various elder law, special needs planning, and estate planning topics.
In her spare time, Ms. Johnson enjoys spending time with her family and playing an active role in church and community volunteer activities.
