Firm Description

Huffman Law Offices, P.C., opened its first office in 1998 in Maryville, Illinois. Since then we have practiced predominantly in the areas of estate planning and the evolving field of elder law. We have worked with hundreds of clients to develop and implement comprehensive and legally sound estate plans. We have also helped many families with nursing home/medicaid planning.

We assist clients in establishing wills, trusts and powers of attorney to guide family members in the event of incapacity or death. We also help clients or children of elderly parents with long-term care planning, guardianship and probate administration. In recent years, the firm has expanded its elder law practice into medicaid planning and special needs planning for disabled beneficiaries.
