Blake P. Hampton is a VA Accredited Elder Law Attorney in Fort Myers Florida. Blake’s practice areas include Veterans Benefits, Medicaid, Special Needs and Estate Planning. Blake is a native of Fort Myers. Blake was educated at Stetson University College of Law which is nationally renown for its Elder Law program.

Out of the office, Blake serves on the Lee County Bar Association’s Executive Council and Vice President of the Board of LARC, Inc.  In personal time Blake enjoys plays tennis with his brother, Grant who is a Special Olympics athlete and former state champion. Blake also enjoys watching Florida Gator athletics and Manchester United.
