Anthony S. Falco has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since the 1980s and started the law firm over 25 years ago in 1990. He came to specialize in matters affecting the elderly and in 2000 founded Senior Resource Center, Inc., an ancillary business of Falco & Associates, P.C. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Inc. (NAELA), a Charter Board member of the NAELA Seniors Rights Political Action Committee, former member of the MA-Chapter Public Policy Committee, co-founder of the Bo Foundation, Inc., (www.bofoundation.org) a non profit 501(c)(3) charity, a former board member Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL)(www.lclma.org) and previous Finance Director and Treasurer to Timothy P. Cahill, former Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Falco is a finance degree honors graduate of Suffolk University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in Florida. Mr. Falco's non legal interests and activities include owning and managing residential and commercial real estate, coaching and or managing various youth sports teams, maintaining physical fitness through nutrition and exercise and being actively involved with many charities, mostly focused on addiction and recovery. He is married and the father of six children and four grandchildren.
