Ana Prendergast assists clients in a wide array of matters including Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Medicaid and Long-Term Care Planning, Post-Divorce Estate Planning, Guardianships, Veterans Benefits, Estate & Fiduciary Litigation, as well as Family Law matters including Separation, Divorce and Child Custody and Support Cases.  

After getting her start with Margolis & Bloom - a boutique Boston Elder Law Firm, Ana joined Siemens Family Law Group in 2012 and developed an estate and elder law practice while also practicing family law.

Ana’s practice objective is to work with clients both on resolving immediate crises and on planning with a broad focus to prevent crises in the future, whether the concern is of an estate, elder law, or family law nature.

Ana frequently acts as a Guardian ad litem for the court system, and as a volunteer attorney for Pisgah Legal Services for both estate planning and domestic violence cases.  Ana is also accredited to represent Veterans in VA proceedings, and assists clients with benefits applications and appeals.
