Amanda is a senior associate at Pathway Law, working at the Belmont office. Her work in elder law and estate planning capitalizes on her interest in disability law and access to health-related benefits, which she developed as a staff attorney with Southern Tier Legal Services in Bath, New York. With a master’s degree in English, Amanda enjoys drafting estate documents that address planning challenges while carrying out clients’ goals for their families and beneficiaries. Amanda also handles probate and estate administration, easing the challenge of settling a loved one’s estate. Clients appreciate Amanda’s thoughtful, sensitive, and compassionate nature.

Amanda studied at Oxford University and is a graduate of Haverford College (B.A. English), The Ohio State University (M.A. English), and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D.), where she was a fellow in the Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights. Amanda has practiced law for seven years and is licensed in Massachusetts and New York. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts. She is also a volunteer attorney for the Elder Law Project run by the Women’s Bar Foundation. Amanda enjoys spending her free time with her husband Sam and their two young children, reading novels, and being outdoors.
