Firm Description

Montgomery-Ricketts, LLC is a Boutique Law Firm in Findlay, Ohio offering Elder Law and Estate Planning services.   Anne Montgomery-Ricketts was raised in Northwest Ohio.  She has lived in Findlay, Ohio with her husband and three children since November of 2000.  Anne offers clients an informal, yet professional, approach to Estate Planning and Elder Law.

'Elder Law is a growing field right now' explains, Anne.  'My Clients are looking at ways to responsibly pass their assets on to the next generation.  This includes using the best legal stragegies available to prepare for the cost of Long Term Care.  While none of us really wants to think about needing a nursing home someday, about  75% us will need this type of care.  At $8,000-$10,000 per month, people quickly go through their entire life savings.  I help my clients protect their homes and farms as well as a great deal of their hard-earned money.'

Anne Montgomery-Ricketts, Esq. views her firm as both a law practice and a ministry.  'My mission is to treat every client just as I treat my own Mother.  My clients are family to me.'

Call Anne at (419) 469-5678 and schedule a time to discuss the difficult subjects you have been avoiding.  She will meet with you at her office:  1433 East Sandusky Street Suite B in Findlay, Ohio.  Evening hours are available by appointment.
